There is a huge programme of US horse racing meetings on Friday with 11 cards for customers to enjoy.
Aqueduct, Charles Town, Golden Gate Fields, Gulfstream, Laurel Park, Penn National, Remington Park, Sam Houston Race Park, Santa Anita, Tampa Bay Downs, and Turf Paradise are all hosting meetings with a grand total of 96 races.
We begin the mammoth day of action at Tampa Bay Downs where nine races from 17:15-21:20 before Laurel Park takes centre stage with nine races running between 17:40-21:56.
The 19:13 Starter Optional Claiming is the first of Betfred’s “Extra Place” races, whereby three places are being paid out instead of two.
One to keep an eye on is Our Lucky Man (11/8), who has been successful twice over a mile and will be hoping to bounce back after being pulled up in his previous race.
Next up is Gulfstream where another nine races go from 18:05-22:16 before Aqueduct gets underway at 18:20 with the last of eight races at 22:01.
US Horse Racing Odds
The 18:20 Maiden Claiming is another three-place race and Lucky Brody (11/10) is one to consider, having placed in four of 11 starts.
Later in the evening, Santa Anita starts its schedule at 21:00 with the last of the nine races at 01:15.
The 21:33 Claiming also pays out three places and one hoping to be in the mix again is Fury Kap (SP), who has won two of his last six races.
Next up is Turf Paradise where eight races run between 21:25-01:08 before Golden Gate Fields commences at 21:50 before the last of eight races goes off at 01:30.
Penn National’s eight-race card runs from 23:00-02:10 before Charles Town gets underway at 00:00 with the eighth race set for 03:32.
Also beginning at 00:00 is the 11-race schedule at Remington Park which ends at 04:30 before Sam Houston Race Park rounds off the day’s fare with nine races between 00:55-04:42.
