There are four meetings for UK and Irish racing fans to look forward to on Wednesday, with the cards at Haydock, Ffos Las, Ludlow and Dundalk offering a combined 28 races.
All three of the afternoon offerings are over the jumps, with Haydock getting things going with their six-race card running between 13:00 and 15:55.
Betfred after providing their Extra Place Race offer on both the closer and the 14:10 and in the former, 3/1 Sacre Pierre could go well.
The four-year-old scored at Sedgefield last month and the gelding’s 6lb raise may not be enough to stop him and Brian Hughes from striking again.

Onto Ffos Las’ seven-race meeting between 13:55 and 17:25 and Betfred are providing their Free Bet if 2nd and Super Extra Place Race promotions on the 15:40 and 16:15, respectively.
The latter takes the focus here and Nicky Henderson’s Valsheda is the 5/4 favourite having been second last time out at Kempton in a contest that has since seen the winner and the fourth strike.
The final afternoon card comes from Ludlow, where they go off seven times between 14:20 and 17:40.
Again the Extra Place Race is on the 16:40, while the 17:10 has the Free Bet if 2nd and Henderson’s 9/2 Crystal Gazing could well have the advantage having been given 1lb back after a fourth on her last run in October, with Nico de Boinville’s presence only adding to her claims.
Into the evening and the sole Irish card on Wednesday with eight contests planned on the polytrack at Dundalk.
That octet runs from 17:00 to 20:30 and the closer is one of four contests that feature the Extra Place Race promotion.
The field is full of previous course and distance winners and having done just that last time out over this mile trip, 4/1 Royal Scholar could just edge it.
