There are five UK and Irish race meetings to look forward to on Friday, with cards from Hereford, Musselburgh, Newton Abbot, Dundalk and Newcastle.
Seven jumps races are on the agenda at Hereford with them going off between 13:00 and 16:30 and Betfred’s Extra Place Race promotion is available on the 14:45.
Gutsy wins at Fontwell and Taunton have shown there is plenty of spirit in Flying Nun and even a 5lb raise may not be enough to stop her striking again at 5/2.
The Extra Place Race is also involved in the 16:05 at Musselburgh, but there is something more in Scotland with the Super Extra Place Race offer on the agenda.
They go off seven times in all between 13:15 and 16:40 and that prime offer comes on the 14:20, where Fergal O’Brien’s Byzantine Empire has to be considered at 7/2, with connections hoping to see him repeat the type of form that saw him make a winning return three starts ago at Doncaster in December.

Newton Abbot’s six contest offering begins at 13:55 and concludes at 16:50. The opener carries the Extra Place Race, but it goes Super at 15:40.
Le Cameleon was a decent winner at Fontwell in early February and more of that showing and not his Kempton fourth later that month, might be enough to see him triumph at 5/4.
The sole Irish card on Friday opens the evening action, with Dundalk retaining its usual slot in the schedule and there are eight races from 17:00 to 20:30, with the Extra Place on both the 18:00 and 20:00.
In the former, there could be value in 25/1 Philly’s Hope, who steps up a couple of furlongs after previously going well over a mile, while two hours later 4/1 Mullacash Buzz looks well set to collect a third career C&D win.
Finally to Newcastle and their all-weather evening card that includes six races between 17:40 and 20:15.
The Extra Place Race is on the 19:45, but this card also takes in Betfred’s Free Bet if 2nd on the 19:15 where 10/3 Loose Lips could go one better after a fine C&D second on his penultimate start.
