Premier League Betting Odds

Brentford vs Crystal Palace

First off we’re heading to the Brentford Community Stadium as Brentford host Crystal Palace.

A really interesting fixture this one.  Both teams are seeking an immediate return to winning ways.

Brentford gave a good account of themselves last time out against Manchester City, and there’s no shame in losing to the reigning champions on their own turf.

Palace were held by a resurgent Norwich City, although Wilfried Zaha could have given his side all three points if not for his wayward penalty.

Brentford will sense an opportunity here we feel, as Palace are now winless in their last six away from home.

Bees win at 13/8.

Everton vs Leeds United

Next, we’re heading to Merseyside as Everton take on Leeds at Goodison Park.

The Toffees fell to a disheartening 3-1 defeat at Newcastle United in midweek, while Marcelo Bielsa’s men held Aston Villa to an enthralling 3-3 draw, coming back from two goals down.

After a magical start in the FA Cup against Brentford, Frank Lampard will have been sent crashing back down to earth after the defeat at St. James’ Park.

Everton enter this weekend’s matches just two points above the drop zone, and Lampard will know he has to start picking up points – and fast.

Leeds have now taken seven points from the last 12 on offer in the Premier League, but an inability to keep the back door shut away from home continues to be a thorn in their side. That’s why we think there’ll be plenty of goals in this one.

But we fancy a Leeds win at 2/1.

Norwich City vs Manchester City

Our final pick comes from Carrow Road as Norwich face Manchester City.

Another cracking game – two in-form Premier League teams at opposite ends of the table.

The Canaries are unbeaten in their last four matches across all competitions, while City haven’t last tasted defeat domestically since October last year.

Two important victories in January against fellow relegation candidates Everton and Watford, which was followed by a 1-1 draw at home against Crystal Palace on Wednesday night, have given Norwich hope that they be able to pull off the great escape.

They now prepare for their toughest test of the season as they welcome a City team they have lost against in eight of their last 12 Premier League games, conceding 41 goals in the process.

After seeing their impressive 12-game winning run come to an end with a 1-1 draw at Southampton, City returned to winning ways with a routine 2-0 success at home to Brentford in midweek.

Pep Guardiola’s side now boast a commanding 12-point advantage at the top of the tree, though Liverpool do have a game in hand.

We don’t expect them to face too many problems here. City win at 1/6.

Summary

Brentford to beat Crystal Palace

Leeds to beat Everton

Man City to beat Norwich
