With 10 games remaining of the Premier League campaign, Pep Guardiola says one of those is a final for his Manchester City side (Palace 9/1, Draw 9/2, Man City 1/3 – Match Betting).
City (1/4 Premier League Outright) have seen their lead at the top of the table narrowed to six points ahead of the weekend, with second-place Liverpool (11/4) also having a game in hand.
The Citizens secured their place in the Champions League quarter-finals on Wednesday night with a goalless draw against Sporting, and their attentions have already shifted to Monday night’s game trip to Crystal Palace.
With just 10 games to go for City in the Premier League, Guardiola is under no illusions on how important each encounter can be.
“Always, when we get to the last 10 games of the PL, every game is a final,” he told reporters. “When you play 55 games it is not a final but with 10 games left every game is a final.”

Looking ahead to Monday’s trip to Selhurst Park, Guardiola is hoping to have close to a fully fit squad to choose from for the clash with Palace.
Patrick Vieira’s Eagles inflicted one of just the three defeats City have suffered in the Premier League with Palace winning 2-0 at the Etihad Stadium back in October.
Guardiola is taking nothing for granted and knows his side will have to be ready for what Palace will bring to the game, especially with Wilfried Zaha in attack.
He added: “Seeing the run Crystal Palace are on right now, one loss in last eight games, the quality they have, especially up front with Zaha, when they defend deep they are difficult to break down… Selhurst Park is always a difficult place to go.”
